Our two one-bedroom apartments are located on the first floor, and the entire second floor is dedicated to a co-living consisting of 5 private bedrooms with double beds (single occupancy), three shared toilets and two shared showers.

The communal third floor rooftop is where the co-living’s private kitchen and living room are located. The ample outdoor space is shared by everyone in the building and boasts an outdoor shower, sun beds, a dining table, and a chill-out area. There is also an indoor co-working space and a rooftop bathroom!

It’s always trepidatious to solicit an apartment through an stranger. Will they take your money and run? Will they use their extra key to harvest and sell your organs? Was the listing photos in fact taken in a doll house? I’m not saying Amber did any of these things, but maybe. At face value she hasn’t much going for her. All high class and Californian, which we all know are quite a bit more conservative than the other states. Also, Her consummate service mindedness make her easy prey for barrages of stupid questions like “what direction is the sea?” “Can your cleaner make round trips to Sweden for a quick buck” Don’t use her, so her apartments are always available … to me. But stupid jokes aside (this is what she had to put up with) Amber is super friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. Which is a rare thing. So please I beg you. Look past her Californian past and give her a shot.

Amber and Ismael were very welcoming and helpful. I was the first one to live in the nice and cozy room. All the details were picked and decorated with a lot of love and the atmosphere of the room was sooo good. Ismael was even less at home than me and still we had the chance to get to know each other. He really became a friend during my 5-weeks-stay. First I was worried about Ismael‘s daughter also living in the apartment, but as soon as I got to know her I immediately fell in love with this gorgeous girl. I saw two apartments with Amber, and both were truly beautiful. In the end, I chose Casa Cayetana and felt amazing living there.

Wonderful experience. I’ve had extended stays in Las Palmas many times over the years (of varying degrees of enjoyment) The weather is almost always the same, which means the main variable in these trips and the enjoyment level is where I stay and who is managing the stay. Las Palmas Nomadic Living has a great selection of properties in ideal locations and probably even more importantly is run by an all-star human in Amber. The slow, chill, island vibes around Las Palmas are great…until they’re not 🙂 Amber is an outlier as she pleasantly and efficiently answers questions, solves problems and makes you feel appreciated and well taken care of as a guest of the island. Will stay with again and would highly recommend to all.

We loved our stay at one of Ambers apartments, the place itself was very highly organized and it was clear that it was planned with a lot of thought to make it comfortable especially for people who work remote and need good Wifi and convenient work conditions. Amber was highly responsive and helped us with everything we need. Highly recommend and I look forward to coming back 🙂
